Key Performance Objectives
Short Term: (0 to 3 months)
- Train on SAP Procurement Tools and processes, which will include the rules that are the basis for buy actions
- Understand KEJ Supply Chain and strategies
- Will be able to navigate SAP & Supplier & Other Web Portals to complete weekly buys as assigned
Midterm: (3 to 12 months)
- Show PPV gains
- Provide opportunities for improvement in procurement processes
- Able to take on additional buys
- Able to take on special projects as defined by business need
- Other (ad hoc priorities)
- Assist with material shortage and what if reviews as needed
- Stay current on past due PO’s
- Assist with lead time and VMI reviews as needed
