Entrepreneurial and love the Capital Markets? We are looking for the first Account Executive to join our Buy Side team. You’ll be helping develop, share, and onboard clients to our newest product offering. Along with our Sell Side team, you’ll be joining a seasoned, global client facing team, but be the first person wholly focused on our buy side clients. 


Your role? Bring a new product to market: educate the Buy Side on how we can enhance email for them, and solve some of their biggest pain points around identity management, subscription management, and distributing updates to one of the biggest sell side networks in the industry. You’ll be working closely with our Sell Side team to tie the two products together, building out our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify ideal funds that we should be working with: In addition to our existing relationships, identify funds that would be a good fit for our offering, based on specific targeting criteria
  • Connect with Broker Relations teams and Investment Professionals in the industry: Prospect, develop relationships with, and onboard Broker Relations teams and individuals; Work through the due diligence and other requirements from the firms in order to drive a seamless client experience; Support the team in making the launch a success
  • Deepen relationships with existing Buy Side clients, ensuring success: Perform regular check in sessions with the sponsors and users, making sure they are getting value from Street Context; Reach out to clients who are seeing any decrease in engagement
  • Provide structured feedback to organization: You’re part of building something new - we want you to be an internal ambassador what what you’re seeing within the product experience (to impact the roadmap), and across the client experience (to update our GTM team)

  • Ability to incorporate feedback and insights rapidly to iterate and evolve
  • Can develop and nurture client relationships
  • Effective communication internally and externally
  • Communicates progress and project status effectively internally
  • Can synthesize observations and feedback effectively

Qualifiers for the posting:

  • Based in New York or able to commute to NYC 3+ days a week
  • 3+ years of industry experience (the more the better, but we can teach you anything you don’t know)
  • Bonuses: You have experience on the sell side in a client coverage role, you are familiar with the role of Broker Relations teams
