Are you an expert in product launches and an inspirational team leader? Do you have experience developing early patient programs and possess an analytical mindset? If so, we at Ferring Argentina M&S are looking for an exceptional Business Unit Senior Manager to lead the overall strategy for our Specialties Business Unit.

Ferring+You

You would be responsible for planning and ensuring the achievement of objectives aligned with the overall strategy of the Specialties Business Unit (Gastro, Urology, and Hospital products) across the cluster countries - Argentina and Chile. This includes driving performance, optimizing market opportunities, and exceeding budgeted sales targets through strategic execution and leadership.

Your day at Ferring

  • Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategy for the assigned Business Unit across the cluster countries, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

  • Formulate and execute Marketing Plans, including distribution and pricing policies, in line with budget and forecast expectations.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and proactively addressing customer needs.

  • Gain in-depth insights into market trends to drive informed business decisions.

  • Represent Ferring at relevant congresses, seminars, and symposia, ensuring a strong presence at national and international conferences.

  • Design and implement the Digital Strategy across all Business Units within the cluster.

  • Collaborate with Finance on the construction of the Business Unit’s P&L, regularly reviewing financial data and adjusting key parameters (sales, expenses) to ensure commitment to financial targets.

  • Drive transformation and empowering the current team, inspiring high performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sciences; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • Experienced in Product Launches, while working with a mature portfolio with solid products.

  • Over 5 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong background in Sales and Marketing, with proven experience in product launches.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proven track record of driving results and making high-quality data driven decisions.

  • Skilled in conflict management and resolution.

  • Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams.
