We're seeking an experienced Business Transformation Program Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Core HR Transformation, you will lead transformational projects by combining program/project management expertise with a passion for designing efficient and scalable P&C processes alongside business users. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both managing complex projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders to create innovative solutions. You will be based in Costa Rica and go into our Escazu office 2-3 days per week. You will be responsible for:
- Drive end-to-end programs that enhance user experience and accelerate results across P&C functions.
- Collaborate with business users to architect new processes that are scalable and efficient.
- Utilize your project management skills while engaging in hands-on process design with stakeholders.
- Work with functional leaders across multiple departments to achieve strategic and financial goals.
- Advocate for solutions that improve the experience for all users within the organization.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of project/program management experience driving organizational change and transformation.
- Ability to design and implement business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with across HR, IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to structure complex problems and apply analytical tools to develop effective solutions.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in HR process and tool deployment. Enthusiasm for leading transformational work that makes a significant impact.
- Experience proposing and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
