s a Business Transformation Manager in our dynamic team, you will lead the enhancement of our intelligent solutions governance framework, ensuring the controlled deployment and robust monitoring of intelligence solutions tools as well as AI and ML capabilities. You will leverage your expertise in data mining and transformation to support the performance of process intelligence informing the identification of opportunities to optimize and automate existing processes.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure controlled deployment and robust monitoring of intelligent solutions, including AI and ML capabilities.
- Utilize data mining and transformation techniques to analyze complex datasets, providing insights that drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct process intelligence assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing existing processes, focusing on automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop data-driven solutions using Alteryx and other relevant tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new tools and technologies that support intelligent solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards while balancing competing priorities.
- Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting frameworks, dashboards and models to provide timely and accurate reporting to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendor and internal management/front line staff
- Work independently as well as on a team to verify performance/risk analytics at multiple levels across platforms using available tooling.
- Participate in the implementation of performance measurement and risk analytics systems and tools, including data validation and testing.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree graduate in banking or business management
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working with institutional clients
- Proficiency in data analytics and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards related to data management and intelligent solutions deployment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Understanding of systems/software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with office productivity software
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be on a steep learning curve
- Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving ability
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Alteryx Designer Core Certification, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
