- Collaborate with New Products stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
- Analyze and identify solutions to optimize operations and systems enhancements
- Work with the SAs and Developers to design, configure and implement systems that meet business requirements
- Support the testing process to ensure system design meets business needs.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment between business and IT goals.

- Strong knowledge in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge in Agile / Kanban Methodologies

- 2-3 years experience in business analysis, systems analysis or related field
- Experience in the Insurance Industry a plus
- Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably computer science or related IT courses
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
- Performs requirements analysis of the product specifications provided by the Business and translates it into a Business Requirements that will be used by the Dev Team as basis for the solution.
- Coordinates with the Business and ensures that all stakeholders are aligned regarding the requirements and timeline of the initiatives
- Supports testing from ST, SIT and UAT.
- Documents requirements, change requests, approvals, agreements/alignments, and all communications relevant to the initiatives.
- Monitors the status and day to day operations of ongoing initiatives that are assigned
