As a Business Systems Analyst, you will delve deeper into evaluating system requirements and enhancing existing applications. By integrating more specialized tasks, you contribute significantly to the success of new systems and process improvements. Your role ensures that the IT solutions are well-aligned with business needs and deliver high value.

The Business System Analyst (BSA) role requires a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and integrations and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations. The BSA serves as a bridge between scrum teams and business unit representatives, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and enhancement of systems that meet business objectives. A significant focus is on system integrations—collaborating with other teams, reviewing and analyzing their technical documentation, and translating it into clear user stories and background information for the development team.

This role involves working independently with minimal supervision, managing projects or ongoing activities as needed, and maintaining accountability for delivering results. The BSA also defines and refines business rules, ensuring they are effectively translated into technical solutions that enhance workflows and empower business users and development teams.

Teams and stakeholders will work in various regions and different time zones. This requires flexibility in working hours and fluency in English, as this is the company's default communication language.

  • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues.
  • Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process upgrades.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Enhanced skills in detailed system and requirements analysis.
