We now have a great opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst (ICT) to work within our ANZ Customer Success team at Tech Data Advanced Solutions (ANZ) Limited.
Working closely with your colleagues, this role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, business process improvements, and effective sales support within the organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless business operations through proactive inventory management, system functionality enhancements, and financial oversight.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

Working with users to formulate and document business requirements

Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices

Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
-
Utilising project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
-
Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system

Undertake other responsibilities aligned to providing sales support to sales teams within the organisation.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a B2B sales and systems implementation.
You will also need the following:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or related field with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in the IT industry; or at least five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.

Existing reseller partner relationships in Australia preferable.

Professional communication skills (both verbal and written).

Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.

Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of business and system processes to drive efficiency. A strong working knowledge of CRM/ ERP systems is required for this role.
