Position Summary

Serves as the information technology liaison by facilitating seamless interaction between the business and technology functions. Collaborates with essential process owners and development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with documented business cases and requirements.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes system requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Aids information technology leadership in establishing credibility across diverse stakeholders.
  • Advises on information technology needs by consulting with business units and analyzing usage, services, technology, and projects.
  • Serves as the product owner by identifying solution gaps and developing a business-aligned roadmap.
  • Coordinates the utilization and delivery of information technology services.
  • Presents alternative strategies and offerings to mitigate project challenges.
  • Maintains systems documentation, such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business systems analysis and information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of information technology or business analysis experience.
  • Prior portfolio management and performance oversight experience.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles, information technology infrastructure, and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
