PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation - Under the direction of the Director SAP Order to Cash, responsible for the functional requirements, design, configuration, and delivery of Order to Cash (OTC) solutions in an SAP environment. Establish and maintain liaison relationship closely with the Business Facing Services teams and Business and Technical teams to design, develop, test and implement appropriate solutions within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module to effectively meet business requirements. Ensure the delivery and ongoing operation of a functional solution that effectively meets evolving business requirements. Support the deployment of production systems and provides post-production support.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related IT field. Requires 5 years of prior experience as a Business Solutions Analyst, SAP SD Consultant, or related position. Experience must include: configuring new business processes for SAP SD/Logistics module using SAP SPRO (SAP Project Reference Object); gathering business requirements using JIRA and tracking them using Agile Methodology; performing integrations on external and front end systems like Hybris, 3rd party WMS systems like PkMS (Pick-ticket Management System), and Infor LN; and using Waterfall Methodology to move changes from design to testing to staging and to production environment using the ChaRM tool. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite.
