Join our Business Processes & Information team and take a leading role in optimizing our Travel Expenses Management (TEM) processes—driving the implementation of a new TEM tool and ensuring a seamless business travel experience for thousands of colleagues. Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure effective Travel Expenses and Credit Card Management processes and systems on a global level, serving as a process guardian when introducing new business or legal requirements.
More over, you will:
- Lead the definition of business requirements and ensure their successful delivery through close collaboration with both business and IT partners
- Perform process standardization, improvement, documentation, and maintenance
- Ensure governance is built into business processes
- Define, test and implement new system functionalities
- Participate in projects and workgroups, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
- Identify areas of inefficiency or user challenges and recommend business process optimization and/or customer experience improvements
This position is located in our Prague office in Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience with Travel & Expense systems - SAP Concur is a must, others such as SAP TEM, Workday, Coupa are an advantage
- Proven experience with Travel & Expense Management and Credit Card processes
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in a language user can understand
- Experience in Process documentation and performing training
- Demonstrated structured continuous improvement attitude and the ability to prioritize your time
- Travelling up to 15 days a year
