Position Summary

Business Process Management is a strategic business discipline designed to support the execution of clear and repeatable processes which ensure value delivery to our internal and external customers. We are looking for collaborative Process Management professionals who have a passion to improve business and operational processes while transforming our culture to one of Business Process Excellence.

Process Management Specialists are assigned specific business areas and are tasked with being the voice of continual improvement, ensuring that process decisions are made with the future of the program in mind. They are expected to achieve buy-in and communicate the value of BPM to their focused business area and lead their assignment through the process management model.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Review, analyze, implement, and update processes according to company and business unit goals and objectives
  • Identify process gaps for process required to document/map to confirm all processes are documented and mapped accurately 
  • Identify and recommend process design options and support with time studies and capacity modeling
  • Prioritize Process Improvement initiatives based on cost, value to customer, and complexity
  • Develop/provide/manage framework for process integration, design and structure 
  • Create, manage, and provide regular Process Management reporting to senior level leadership highlighting the performance of Process Management as well as cost savings related to implemented changes
     

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience documenting and implementing new business and operational processes
  • Knowledgeable in Process Management and Process Change Management
  • Demonstrates proficiency in process documentation and implementation
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
  • Analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to senior level management
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed model

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Expert user of Nintex Process Manager or other Process Management Software
    • BPM Certification
    • Lean/Six Signma designation

    Education
    Preferred: Associates Degree, BPM Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $91,800.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
