About the DDM Fellowship Program:

The Dotdash Meredith Fellowship Program runs from June 2025 to May 2026. The program offers candidates the opportunity to gain experience working remotely. Fellows work full-time and are paid $18/hour.

The EatingWell team includes industry-leading food and nutrition editors, registered dietitians, expert Test Kitchen staffers and talented designers. We work hard but also make time to connect and laugh together each and every day! Our fellow functions just like any full-time member of the team, so get ready to be immersed into every aspect of digital—writing and developing recipes alongside editors; working with our designers to create attractive visuals; partnering with our social and newsletter teams to promote content across channels; pulling site data to analyze content performance and inform new content creation; participating in taste test; and so much more. 

Responsibilities Will include:

  • Ideate, pitch, write and produce recipe galleries daily

  • Ideate, pitch and write high-quality, differentiated digital news and trending content to drive growth through SEO, social, email, syndication, Google Discover and other developing outlets

  • Collaborate with social media, email and SEO teams to support content needs on those channels

  • Pull metrics reports to analyze learnings and inform action items moving forward 

About You: 

Candidates for this role should have:

  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated passion for, food and nutrition content and digital media

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with, and interest in developing, writing skills

  • Openness to receiving feedback on your work
