Job Description Summary
Highly motivated Business Planning Manager will execute and deliver programs and projects to enable key strategic real estate initiatives. The Business Planning Manager ensures proper coordination of activity around key recurring processes as well as special projects. Responsible for the management of all program objectives, coordination of workstream activities and implementation.
From Day 1, Business Planning Manager are given ownership and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions, along with the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business. This role requires working across all on-account functional areas including Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Client Experience, Integrated Portfolio Management, and Account Operations. This role will be highly visible to key client stakeholders.
This position requires a proactive, “out of the box” thinker and motivated individual with effective, professional communication. It will involve communicating with leaders and teams across various functions internally and with client teams, holding teams accountable and delivering succinct reports with appropriate levels of detail. Innovation and simplification in the process is valued at any time, and the individual in this role is empowered to rapidly make necessary changes.

About the role:
- Responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class Playbook Governance Program that sets forth documentation standards and maintenance practices to ensure each line of service has a current Playbook
- Accountable for collaborating with on-account service lines to develop and maintain account’s 14 Global Playbooks
- Coordinate and successfully execute multiple key strategic initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield's most complex full-service real estate account, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are achieved.
- Support client self-identified audit projects, adhering to milestones and ensuring all deliverables are met for successful audit closure
- Monitor, track, and report overall Program progress; identifying potential risks with business and service line leaders to identify mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strong linkage, support and communication with client's leadership and within each internal line of business
- Facilitate the collection of best practices, capabilities and resources to ensure effective project execution and account transformation
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field
- Strong writing skills are critical; writing samples required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Intermediate to advanced level sills in MS Word, PowerPoint and automation tools inclusive but not limited to PowerBI
- 10+ years of experience in a Program/Project/Change Management and/or Real Estate services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training
- Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in dynamic business situations.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, innovate when necessary and handles ambiguity comfortably.
- Demonstrates a history and passion for delivering results and building trust with leadership and peers
- Has a desire to grow professionally as the role’s responsibility grows rapidly with the business
- Ability to communicate in writing clearly, succinctly, and in a data-driven fashion
