Job description
Join us as a Business Planning Analyst, where you'll provide analytical and strategic support to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) to help drive key initiatives, decision-making and strategic planning. This role involves deep analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational metrics to inform the company's strategic direction. This role will also ensure that OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are aligned, implemented, and tracked across all functions, helping the company achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a 3-year business plan by analysing business performance and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Own and manage the annual planning cadence globally, including the 3-year plan, sales planning, quarterly rolling forecasts, and weekly forecasts.
  • Facilitate company-wide OKR planning, ensuring strategic goals are effectively cascaded and tracked across teams.
  • Build dashboards and refine financial and operational models to track key metrics, supporting forecasting efforts and ensuring budget and resource planning alignment.
  • Partner and collaborate with teams like Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to consolidate insights and track progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead special projects assigned by the COO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Board reporting by coordinating inputs, preparing materials, and providing data-driven insights.


Qualifications

  • You have +3 years of experience in business analysis or strategic planning roles within a high-growth SaaS environment or consulting.
  • You have proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and presenting insights to senior leaders.
  • You are familiar with OKR frameworks and cascading goal-setting methodologies.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling presentations.
  • You speak English fluently.
