About The Role
Our BizOps and Strategy team is at the heart of Blank Street. As we head into our next stage of growth, we’re looking for an incredible BizOps & Strategy Associate to collaborate on and deliver our most transformational initiatives.
As a vital part of our strategy team, you’ll roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally with every department—across regions and time zones. You’re the go-to partner for every team, working with our founders and senior leadership teams on the single most critical projects in the business.
You will have fingers in many pies and wear many hats— but at its core, this role is about being the very best Parachute Consultant and Driver of Change at Blank Street.
As Parachute Consultant: You are a problem solver, no task too big or small. You find problems and propose solutions. You will work on the most business critical projects in the business across all verticals.
As Driver of Change: You have what it takes to make an idea into a reality. You will implement the most transformational projects into our business, making them part of our fabric. You communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders, and are incredibly organised with an eye for detail.
With 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-performing environments, you’re a rockstar at execution, a team player, absurdly organised, and self motivated with incredible ambition and curiosity.

What You'll Own:
Business Operator -
- Own / collaborate and deliver on critical BAU initiatives - All Hands, Board Decks, Quarterly Reviews, Dashboards, etc.
- Ensure systems, reports and dashboards are kept up to date. Building new ones where appropriate.
- Support our teams with adhoc business insights or process questions / system onboarding.
Parachute Consultant -
- Leverage your analytical skills to spot problems, and propose solutions.
- Design new transformative programs and action frameworks that drive improvements on specific parts of the business, keeping us accountable to performance. (i.e. Designing and implementing Quarterly Business Review with an action framework structure).
Driver of Change -
- Drive existing programs, implementing feedback and ensure continuous improvement loops.
- Develop and manage project milestones and deliverables as you implement designed solutions.
- Be incredibly organised, keeping all stakeholders informed and on track.
Culture Champion -
- You are people curious, building rapport with team members across the whole org.
- You are a champion at fostering our great culture in everything you do, bringing ideas forward on how to contribute to our office culture.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced & highly analytical environment (Top Tier Consulting, High Growth Startup, VC/Investing, Investment Banking etc.)
- Proven track record working in an incredibly agile environment across a multitude of topics - managing multiple work-streams for different levels of stakeholders over extended periods of time and cross timezones.
- Excellent communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English
- Elite presentation and reporting skills in Excel/Powerpoint or Google’s equivalence
- Able to digest large amounts of data for concise insights (SQL and Python qualifications preferred)
- Project management experience (ASANA, Jira, Airtable experience preferred)
- Hands-on, ambitious with a ‘no task is too small’ mentality and boundless curiosity

Note : This is not a remote position, and requires a minimum of 4 days in office at our London HQ.
