So, what’s the role all about?
As a Business Operations Manager you will enable the Line of Business to make smarter, more strategic, and more informed decisions. Through leading the ongoing Business Operations activity, generating insights from business data, and partnering with multiple stakeholders across NICE, the Business Operations team drives operational processes to ensure that the Line of Business achieves its financial targets and KPIs.
This is an opportunity to be part of the WEM line of business, home to one of NICE's most matured and strategic Cloud and on-prem solutions for contact centers.
How will you make an impact?
- Support product leaders with strategic thinking, GTM refinement, drive complex processes and maximize business potential
- Own business data analysis on a regular basis, generating valuable business insights and enabling data-driven decision-making at executive levels
- Lead Business Operations activities, working closely with multiple stakeholders within the line of business and across NICE (presales, sales, finance, product management, services etc.)
- Drive key business processes across the line of business (strategy process, Quarterly Business Reviews, Operational Plans, budget etc.)
How will you make an impact?
- 4-5 years of experience in managing complex, analytical business-oriented activities, preferably from a top-tier Consulting firm / Software / SaaS company
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or related degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-learning, Team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High level in Excel and Power point
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/Looker) - advantage
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/CoPilot/Others) – advantage
