As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for defining key business KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business units. Your expertise in HubSpot and business process optimization will be essential in enabling scalable growth and ensuring smooth execution of our go-to-market strategy.

What you will do:

  • Define, track, and optimize key business KPIs across the full funnel (marketing, sales, and revenue operations).
  • Develop, document, and refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
  • Own and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, enrichment, and automation across the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify and address gaps in business processes, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).
  • Act as the gatekeeper of data integrity, monitoring for missing or inaccurate information and ensuring timely updates.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, attribution, and campaign tracking in HubSpot.
  • Ensure seamless lead flow from marketing to sales, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success to drive revenue growth.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM- Must
  • We are looking for innovative individuals who are keenly aware of new AI tools and technologies and understand their application within a business context. This awareness is considered a critical element for succeeding in this role, especially at Eko, as we continuously strive for cutting-edge solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Proven ability to define, track, and analyze business KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Experience working across marketing, sales, and revenue operations, with an understanding of how these functions interact.
  • Highly proactive and able to identify and solve operational inefficiencies without waiting for direction.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
