Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a business operations coordinator who is ready to work with a talented team to provide innovative solutions for tomorrow’s problems.
This position requires the candidate to assist in process oversight, monitoring daily operations and ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Reviews operational metrics and identifies areas of improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records, project plans, and process documentation.
- Working with teams to ensure projects align with organizational goals.
- Assisting with the preparation and tracking of budgets for operations-related activities.
- Ensuring that operational expenditures align with allocated budgets.
- Managing contracts, invoices, and customer relationships.
- Compiling reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining operational databases.
- Coordinating orders for supplies or other necessary resources.
- Must have ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment on quick reaction projects and may have contact with customers.
This position requires up to 25% travel.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Prior experience with DOD project management
- Ability to obtain and or maintain a Secret security clearance
