Job Summary:

As a Business Operations Associate at Impiricus, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the company’s day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on managing a variety of tasks, from administrative support to operational coordination, and is excited about contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic organization. Industry experience is a plus but not required for success in this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Support
• Assist with general operations, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining internal databases and documentation, including document scanning, organization, and filing.
• Provide support for business functions such as contracting, systems management, and general office administration.
• Act as a resource for cross-functional teams, helping to align priorities and maintain effective communication.
• Business Coordination and Projects
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
• Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Assisting with project planning and execution
• Tracking project progress and identifying potential roadblocks 
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for addressing day-to-day operational needs across the company.

Experience:

• 1-3+ years of experience in business operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in organizational tools, such as Excel, and CRM platforms (Hubspot experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
