Business Operations Analyst based in Taguig, Philippines – Hybrid-Remote – Mid Shift
Avid Technology is seeking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving efficiency and insights across Channel Sales, Salesforce CRM, and Data Analytics functions. This role supports Channel and Revenue Operations by managing and analyzing sales data, optimizing Salesforce processes, generating insightful reports, and streamlining business operations.
The role will work closely with Channel Sales teams to enhance partner performance, leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, and support go-to-market strategies.
Expertise in Salesforce, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms will be instrumental in improving operational efficiency and enabling revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Sales Analytics: Analyze channel sales performance, pipeline trends, and partner engagement metrics to provide actionable insights.

Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Maintain and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency for Channel Sales teams.

Business Intelligence & Reporting: Utilize Power BI, Domo, or Tableau to create and deliver insightful reports that support sales strategies and revenue planning.

Forecasting & Planning: Assist in sales forecasting, quota attainment tracking, and revenue projections for Channel Sales teams.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in sales operations, data integrity, and reporting accuracy to support growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align data insights with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics

Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, and automation.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Domo, or Tableau)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements)

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite preferred)

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support channel sales strategies.
