Team Description
Join our global Service Experience team and gain hands-on experience supporting Airline IT Delivery through data analysis, process automation, and operational improvements. This internship is ideal for undergraduate students, particularly rising juniors or seniors, interested in honing their skills in data-driven decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
Role and Responsibilities

- Assist in automating workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to support project delivery and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to approach problems systematically.
Nice to have:
- Data visualization and dashboard tools.
- Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) for process automation.
- Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio for AI-driven tools.

The internship period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It is a part-time modality, with a daily commitment of 6 hours.
