Stoney Point Meadows, an assisted living senior care community with 95 units, is hiring a Business Office Manager who will focus on bookkeeping and office administrative tasks to complete Accounts Payable, monthly rental billing and bi-weekly payroll while sharing our passion to bring happiness to the residents whom we serve. 
This is a Full-Time, benefits eligible position. 

Business Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Complete monthly rental billing and bi-weekly payroll.
  • Will be working the reception desk with increase of building occupancy.
  • Supervise front desk reception area/ staff.
  • Process documents for new hires and lead new employee orientation.
  • Update resident rosters. 
  • Complete office supply orders.
  • Complete Accounts Payable.
  • Respond to family inquiries regarding monthly statements.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested including assisting the activities and culinary departments as needed.

Business Office Manager skills and requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent administrative experience in a business office setting preferred.
  • Prior Bookkeeping or financial experience is a plus; UKG payroll experience is a plus.
  • Office management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Publisher.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
