Primary Care business hours are Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p. Urgent Care business hours are Mon-Fri 8a-8p; Sat 8a-2p. Position would require every other weekend, rotating nights, weekends and holidays.

Position Summary:

Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office.

What you will do:

  • Check in/Check out

  • Answering multiple phone lines

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Manage Referrals

  • Insurance verification

  • Other clerical functions

What you need:

  • Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred

  • Or high school graduate/ GED required

  • Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred
