What We Offer
The task of the Business Intelligence Reporting Expert in particular is to provide information for the Marketing and/or Supply Chain Centers.
The following tasks arise within the defined subset of information areas:

Alignment of requirements and implementation of standardized solutions in SAP BW and SAC that can be used efficiently and globally.

Design, development and quality assurance of standardized analyses, e.g. as the basis for management reporting in SAC and RoiPE (current in-house dashboard front-end tool)

Active promotion of analytics solutions at Covestro to maximize the use and benefit of available information resources

Promote the exchange of know-how within the BI team and the community, especially with regard to SAC expertise

Ensuring the availability and accuracy of information

Business intelligence consulting to enable BI users to utilize the available BI tools and information sources efficiently and correctly, i.e. to enable users to gather the right information for decision making

Support in the transition to BW4Hana and S4HANA, especially in adapting to new business processes, quality assurance, customization of queries
The minimum salary on this position is 2230 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
What You Offer

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics or comparable qualification

At least 3 years of professional experience; either as a software developer, business analyst or as a professional in accounting, marketing or supply chain

Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, drive change management

Hands-on experience with JAVA Script, Python or other professional programming languages

Overview of software development concepts and processes

Experience with SAP BW, especially queries and front-ends (analysis for office)

Ability to learn new topics and work analytically

Very good written and spoken English
