In KBS Performance and Value management competence center, we are currently looking for Business Analytics Expert – Process Mining. The role utilizes process mining technology to bring value to the KBS organization and KONE via process & data visualizations and insights. It cooperates closely with other KBS teams to drive efficiency gains and improve ways of working.
Main responsibilities:

Building dashboards & reports according to specifications from business stakeholders

Extracting insights from the data and transforming them into improvement actions together with process stakeholders

Supporting the KBS, Global and Country teams with process optimization & automation, KPI reporting and interpretation of findings

Training end-users in navigating the process mining tool

Data Model & ETL jobs maintenance, data validations and troubleshooting in cooperation with remote process-mining counterpart in global team

Supporting the Lead on KBS business value-add, business case management and KBS efficiency

Representing KBS in interactions with Celonis value & sales teams, in Celonis GBS community and KONE process mining functions
What would you need to be successful in this role?

Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with both external partners and KONE stakeholders in multicultural environment

Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business value
-
Self-organized & detail-oriented mindset while keeping track of big picture
-
Experience with Celonis or equivalent process mining platform
-
Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
-
Understanding data structure of SAP (ECC, S/4) & Salesforce CRM would be a plus
-
Experience with setting up ways of working for process mining in GBS environment would be a plus
