The Role:
As a Business Intelligence Manager on our Strategy and Operations team, you'll be instrumental in managing our CRM systems, analyzing & visualizing large data sets, ensuring high data integrity across internal systems, and providing reporting & operational support to enhance our team's performance.
What You’ll Do:

Administer and optimize our CRM systems, (today we use HubSpot)

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly performance analysis & ad-hoc asks

Monitor and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity across internal systems

Partner with sales to build and manage forecast reports

Project future results and identify needed re-allocations of resources to meet business goals

Build and maintain automations to boost team productivity
This job is for you if:

You have 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or go-to-market role, preferably working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up

You have 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery

You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

You have certification / mastery of advanced features within Hubspot

You have experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration and cleansing

You have mastery of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Sheets / Tableau / Looker / Preset, etc)

You have a process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and standardization

You learn quickly through experimentation

You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

You can effectively collaborate with others across multiple teams
Bonus points if:

You also have Salesforce certification or experience

You have experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make

You’ve worked in education or healthcare

Compensation:
$120-140k / 0.02 - 0.04% + a comprehensive benefits package
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
