What's the Opportunity?
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making? At Quantum Workplace, we're on a mission to make work better every day for our customers, their employees, and our own team. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you'll collaborate with key leaders across the business, analyzing data and building dashboards that help us stay on track with our company growth objectives.
This is a summer internship lasting 10 weeks starting in June, located onsite in Omaha, NE.
You can expect to work 30 hours per week, between the hours of 9am - 3pm. Starting wage is $17/hour.
You Will:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights that impact business performance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
- Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide accurate insights.
- Contribute to data governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Engage in team meetings and offer input on business intelligence strategies.
What You Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for interpreting complex data.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data management and SQL is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
- A keen interest in technology, data analysis, and business strategy.
