Voltex Electrical is on the lookout for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that aid in decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop comprehensive reports, and recommend strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and drive business growth.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms to empower stakeholders with the information they need to make informed decisions. Your insights will directly impact our business strategies and operations, helping Voltex maintain its position as a leader in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize critical business metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their analytical needs and provide relevant insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to suggest actionable recommendations.
- Utilize business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Conduct data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability of data used in analyses.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders effectively, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
- Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
