At the heart of the W&FJ Europe region, the Finance department is a true partner for all operational stakeholders: Markets, Marketing, Product Merchandising, Operations, HR & Boutiques.
Reporting directly to the W&FJ Europe FP&A Director and supported by an apprentice and an intern, you will be responsible for the Sales & Margin monitoring for W&FJ Europe.
Your role will involve the following responsibilities :
NET SALES REPORTING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Managing with agility business and KPIs follow-up through daily, weekly and monthly reportings for operational teams and Top Management
- Monitoring sales budget and reforecasts construction with markets (guidelines, reporting interface, monitoring & collaboration) and coordinate
- Creating synergies with Product merchandising team, challenging forecasts and linking product strategy
- Participating in the preparation of strategic presentations for Top Management, in collaboration with the W&FJ FP&A director and being proactive with innovative formats
- Covering role of CEBI champion : centralizing evolutions and developments to match analysis needs from business teams (Regional, local, boutiques) & being responsible for the reliability of all business reportings
- Participating to implantation of a new forecasting tool (training and Go live) and ensuring run and appropriated evolutions linked to business needs and changes
STOCK & MARGIN
- Providing margin analysis and follow-up & ensuring closings management : L&O calculation, High-end provision, stock report
- Building gross margin components budget and reforecasts : product costs, transport, L&O, after-sales, staff sales
- Managing the pricing process (calculations & implementation), in collaboration with the apprentice & W&FJ Division team
- Monitoring the European stock and being a financial support to Regional warehouse teams
- Coordinating inventories of Europe stock (finished products, spare parts & PLV), being owner of internal procedures and working on inventories results optimization for WFJ boutiques network
MARKETS & REGIONAL TEAM BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
- Being a key interlocutor for P&L monitoring & monthly follow-up (geographic scope : Middle-East, Germany-Austria-CZ Rep & Spain)
- Developing business partnership with markets including markets visits & inventories participation
- Coordinating capex construction and CEO review preparation with markets and store planning team
- Supporting WFJ Regional Europe business team on performance steering: retail team to ensure distribution consistency, operation team on After Sales P&L, staff sales, stock or pricing issues, merchandising team on forecast hypothesis
- Simplifying and optimizing processes in order to ease ways of working
- Being part of Future of Finance projects, including key transformation projects
PROFILE :
- A Master degree (or equivalent) in engineering, management or business school with from 8 to 10 years of experience are required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and maintain an overall strategic perspective
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with a sense of initiative and autonomy as well as leadership skills , supporting fast evolutions
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Information Systems sensitivity, with rigor and organizational skills. Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus.
