We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Finance Analyst to assist in Our Brands. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and Executive leadership throughout the organization.
Location:
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA, according to company policy. Primarily East Coast working hours with flexibility.
Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.

Build in-depth analytics to challenge and support business decisions.

Provides financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.

Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.

Understanding of components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).

Support month end report out to business leaders.

Forecast update / identifying items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast.

Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.

Prepare and deliver reporting to senior leadership and collaborate with departments outside of finance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting.

5+ years in the finance or similar field.

Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).

Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple high priority projects with speed and accuracy.

Strong analytical and modeling skills, comfortable combining multiple data sources, and investigative data wrangling.

Effective and professional communicator comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.

Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.

Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,500.00 - $7,333.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
