Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience

  • Experience in systems/application testing, Automation testing, quality assurance.
  • Lead development of testing strategies and test automation, coordinate testing activities on multiple projects
  • Communicate powerfully and prolifically to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Lead through adversity and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.

Job Expectations:

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, automation test scripts, and expected results
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Octane and JIRA
  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks
  • Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and goals.
  • Supervise individual contributors and Manage project delivery (minimum 80% contributions).
  • Evaluates current business environment to determine the most effective implementation strategy.
  • Collaborate with other teams to define projects / goals, design the appropriate change focused communications.
  • Shift timings: 1.30 PM – 10.30 PM
