Essential duties/responsibilities:
1. Responsiveness: Monitor, screen, and respond in a timely manner to all internal and external communications.
2. Review inbound inquiries from prospects and set next steps.
3. Update records in the CRM and convert qualified leads through standardized handoff procedures.
4. Contact educators in specified schools and districts to share new products, identify timelines for a decision, and offer samples or pricing.
5. Schedule appointments for the interested clients to meet with their local Representative for a presentation or consultative conversation.
6. Complete product knowledge and business systems training as required by the department and company.
7. Results: Consistently meet or exceed established metrics for response time on website live chats and completion of outreach tasks. Meet goals for activities and pipeline contribution on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Collaboration: Work as an independent contributor with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer requests, align with business objectives and share feedback from customers.
9. Facilitate team meetings and mentor others when asked by the department leader or manager.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:

Proficient with Email, Calendaring tools, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, OneNote)

Familiar with using search engines, Zoom, and business instant messaging tools

Availability and interpersonal communication for a USA based market.

Observe and absorb information communicated through relevant materials such as online meetings, recorded content, written guidance documentation, etc.

Accuracy in Salesforce CRM record keeping and timely completion of projects

Must submit to a Background check annually to comply with relevant student protection requirements.
Required Education and Experience:
-
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
One year or more of full-time work experience in customer service, sales or teaching (or a combination)
Or a combination of education and technology experience that proves competence in the requirements of the job.
Travel: Hybrid - Travel required will be to Company office.
Shift: US First Shift (7 pm Login)
Working Environment: Typical office environment.
