• 台湾市場向けのアウトバウンドリードジェネレーションとパイプライン構築を担当する戦略的なポジションです。

• アカウントエグゼクティブ (AE) と密接に連携し、新たなビジネス機会を特定・創出する役割を担います。台湾市場に関する深い理解を活かし、経営層と対話しながら関係を築き、戦略的な営業活動を通じてSalesforceの価値を伝えていきます。単なるアポイントの獲得に留まらず、台湾市場のビジネス成長に貢献する役割です。

• また、台湾の商習慣やビジネス文化に精通し、台湾と日本のビジネス環境の違いを理解しながら、現地の顧客と信頼関係を築く力が求められます。文化的な適応力と柔軟性を持ち、異なるビジネススタイルの間でスムーズにコミュニケーションを取れる方が活躍できるポジションです。

• 日本チームだけでなく、APACのSDR・BDRチームと連携しながら業務を進めます。各国のチームと協力し、台湾市場のビジネス機会を最大化することが期待されます。

【勤務地】

• 本ポジションは東京オフィスを拠点とし、台湾のビジネスをリモートでサポートします。

【キャリアパスと成長機会】

• Salesforceのセールスデベロップメントチームは、新規ビジネス機会を創出するだけでなく、将来のトップセールスを育成する重要な役割を担っています。

• 本ポジションでは、1〜2年の経験を積んだ後、アカウントエグゼクティブ (AE) などの外勤営業や上位の営業職へのキャリアアップが可能です。

• 急成長する台湾市場で活躍し、セールスのプロフェッショナルとしてのスキルを磨きたい方、ぜひSalesforceのダイナミックな環境でチャレンジしてください！

【必須（MUST）】

• 無形商材の法人営業経験を4~5年以上持つ方

• 直販の新規開拓経験を3年以上持つ方

• 目標達成意欲を持つ方（未達成のときは悔しいと思える方）

• 論理的に思考しステークホルダーと会話できる方

• 計画性をもち目標達成に向けて中長期的に活動を継続できる方

• ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N1相当）および、ネイティブまたはネイティブレベルに近い中国語スキルを持つ方

• 台湾市場におけるビジネス経験、または市場理解がある方
