About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will lay the groundwork for client relationships, identifying and qualifying potential leads for the team to convert into long-term clients.

Responsibilities
As a key player in the sales team, you’ll:
- Identify and qualify leads, scheduling appointments and follow-up calls for senior team members
- Engage in cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to uncover new business opportunities
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure prospects are well-prepared for meetings
- Keep the CRM updated with detailed notes, feedback, and action items
- Build relationships with potential clients to transition to more senior sales roles over time
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Available to work full-time in the office
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom Phone)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Independent and self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and growth
