We are hiring a Business Development Manager to support and develop our business across Finland.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.

  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts with a commercially sound approach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and subcontractors.

  • Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and health & safety requirements.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimise profitability.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience working within the rental industry, ideally with temperature control or temporary power solutions.

  • Proven business development and sales experience in relevant industries.

  • Strong commercial acumen.

  • Operational experience, including project management and subcontractor coordination.

  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with a results-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
