About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and build up supplier engagement.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that our suppliers are actively using the API platform, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.
Join our portfolio company, a ConTech Startup in Munich that is building a disruptive solution to digitalise a key area of the supply chain process in the construction industry.
In this role, you’ll:
- The Delivery Note Costs the Construction Industry Millions of Euros Every Day – and We Are Eliminating It! Take ownership for bringing suppliers like Würth, BayWa, and Hilti onto our platform!
- Convince enterprise and SMB suppliers, by collaborating with them and their software partners, to develop the simplest and most cost-effective integration solutions for our platform.
- Lead our SDRs and develop strategies with them to persuade even more suppliers of our solution.
- Work closely with our technical team to translate supplier requirements into scalable, adaptable API solutions.
- Advocate for automation and optimised processes to sustainably enhance efficiency in supplier collaboration.
Your Profile
- Strategic mindset with proven experience in building and growing business partnerships, ideally in the SaaS or supply chain industry.
- Passion for career development and team collaboration in a fast-growing startup environment!
- Basic technical understanding of software development and APIs.
- Can-do attitude and an ambitious mindset with a strong focus on fast execution.
- Enthusiasm for seamless project management, especially optimising processes through AI and automation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and negotiation talent.
- German at a native level (or C2) and fluent English.
- Please note that we are looking for hybrid support in the MUNICH office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
