What You Will Do:
- Develop profitable growth for the F&B sector across assigned region
- Executes the sector business plan and strategic projects
- Develop, Manage and execute operational processes for competitive business models to meet customer needs, This should include
- value propositions,
- service model,
- pricing models,
- solution packages,
- credit terms
- Define key customer needs, fill and support innovation process
- Collaborate with Sector teams; CAMs, sector and application specialists
- Deliver value proposition(s), offerings, strategic projects, innovations directly related to the assigned region
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ year experience in B&B sales
- People management skills
- P&L management experience
- Matrix management skills
- Experience in large account management
- Ability to convert a technical need into a commercial solution
- F&B Sector knowledge
- Good understanding of applications
- Understanding of customer profitability and process costing
- Value selling skills
- Customer insight experience
- Fluent English. Arabic & French (preferred)
