What you'll do:

In this role, you will play a key role in onboarding and cultivating partnerships with vendors, enhancing their visibility within the NinjaTrader Ecosystem, and driving platform adoption. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent Chinese language skills, and knowledge of the trading or commodity futures industry.

In this role you will:

  • Identify and pursue inbound sales opportunities while actively conducting outbound prospecting efforts to attract high-quality vendors to the NinjaTrader Ecosystem
  • Guide new vendors through our comprehensive onboarding process, including compliance checks, quality assurance testing, and facilitating a seamless handoff to Vendor Support post-approval
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with vendors to support mutual growth and foster increased platform adoption
  • Provide ongoing communication and proactive support to progress new vendors through the onboarding process and to ensure the satisfaction of existing vendors
  • Collaborate with the vendor relations team to coordinate webinar events, sponsored advertising, and other promotional opportunities for vendors
  • Participate in weekly Vendor Support Team meetings and provide updates on vendor progress and compliance matters
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Confluence to manage daily tasks, track progress, and report on vendor activity

What you'll need:

  • Language Proficiency – Fluent in Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills essential for success in this role
  • Market Knowledge – In-depth familiarity with the Chinese market and an understanding of industry trends
  • Experience – Minimum of two years in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Sales Acumen – Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-oriented "hunter" mentality
  • Technical Skills – Familiarity with NinjaTrader’s platform; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Industry Insight – Knowledge of the commodity futures industry or trading is highly preferred
  • Collaborative Ability – Proven capability to work effectively with multiple teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Sales Support, Product Management, and the Executive team
  • Organizational Skills – Strong project management capabilities with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professionalism – A polished and professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and industry partners
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive to grow the NinjaTrader Ecosystem

 Compensation:

This role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) is $76,000.00 USD annually. OTE consists of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance, with the minimum amount earned being the fixed base salary. Because the incentive plan is uncapped, there is no maximum pay range for this role.
In addition, this position will receive an annual target bonus of 4%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on both individual performance (50%) and company/team performance (50%).
OTE and bonus earnings are just two components of the total compensation package at NinjaTrader. We offer a 401(k) plan through ADP, with company matching of up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Employees accrue 18 days of paid time off annually (some positions may qualify for more), in addition to seven paid holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Pennsylvania.
