Job Summary
As a Business Development Expert, you will play a vital role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the Fintech and Regtech sectors. Operating in a remote capacity, you will focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that convert prospects into long-term partners. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and strengthens the company’s presence in Lithuania and the broader EU region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Closure
    • Take ownership of closing deals and securing commitments from potential clients in the Fintech and Regtech domains.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to understand client requirements and align on strategies.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • Sales Techniques
    • Employ effective sales and negotiation strategies to address objections and finalize agreements.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Reporting
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Market Awareness
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales Expertise
    • Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

    • Skilled in understanding and addressing client needs within technology-driven organizations.

    • Ability to convert leads into long-term clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Communication Skills

  • Remote Work Proficiency
    • Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
