Job Summary

The Business Development Executive, WSO is responsible for acquiring new client agreements for the Workforce Strategy and Optimization (WSO) team by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers of clients. The role requires a deep understanding of Workforce Optimization Strategies, industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. The role also works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the client's needs are met and exceeded.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines.
  • Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert in Workforce Strategy and Optimization (WSO) for all accounts within assigned territory.
  • Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows.
  • Drive growth and achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients.
  • Expand market share for AMN service offerings.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred OR Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience

Additional Experience

  • Experience in healthcare workforce strategies and sales

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
