As our Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving growth, and nurturing relationships that lead to tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating new business across our diverse service lines, encompassing Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk, and Technology.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by researching trends within prospective clients and industries.
  • Identifying the key decision-makers within your roster of companies.
  • Leveraging your exceptional outreach skills through phone, email, and social platforms to secure in-person meetings.
  • Meeting with potential C-Suite clients and assessing needs.
  • Helping to prepare client proposals.
  • Consistently achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity, opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Meticulously planning, executing, and documenting all activities within our corporate CRM system.
  • Maintaining and helping to expand existing accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of stellar sales experience within the professional B2B service sector.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in various sales methodologies such as cold calling, e-mail networking, etc.
  • Experience with CRM software (example: HubSpot).
  • A coachable mindset and an insatiable hunger for learning.
  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of professional sales training, proving your commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of accounting or corporate finance.
  • Consultative sales experience with ability to speak to C-Suite or Director level clients.
  • The ability to build trust and relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Impeccable organization and a pragmatic mindset, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
