We are an innovative and rapidly expanding business development firm seeking a driven Business Development Associate to cultivate valuable partnerships and increase client acquisition. In this Business Development Associate role, you will collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic campaigns designed to drive growth and bring in new customers. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will be essential in achieving key growth targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate for the Business Development Associate will have a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a knack for building relationships.

Business Development Associate Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by networking, reaching out to potential clients, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Assist in developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting key markets within your assigned territory
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals through participation in campaigns and driving new business through the sales pipeline
  • Identify and qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and provide exceptional service to existing clients
  • Collaborate with management to understand market trends, customer needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Deliver product presentations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Support the sales team in developing tailored strategies for specific accounts and territories

Business Development Associate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients, management, and colleagues effectively
