About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities for proposals and qualify new clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to successfully implement sales strategies.
- Identify and strictly follow up on leads to determine potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a flawless client onboarding experience.
- Provide outstanding customer support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role preferred, ideally within a scientific or technical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to compete in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $75,700.00–$113,500.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
