OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS
Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
- Implement and optimize knowledge management systems to reduce AHT by 10%, and collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a client training library.
- Lead CSAT strategy development, identify customer journey triggers, leverage promoters, and ensure feedback is addressed to close the loop with customers.
- Create and manage operational dashboards, reporting on KPIs, and compile monthly client and executive summary reports for the Call/Claims department.
- Manage Member Solutions client relationships, provide monthly and ad hoc reporting, and oversee client escalations, tracking them in the Escalation Grid.
- Develop and document processes and workflows, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and compliance, and distribute updated SOPs across relevant teams.
- Serve as lead admin for the Member Solutions tool, assist in client call and claims implementations, and create client-facing implementation artifacts.
