What you'll do
As a Business Architect, you’ll be defining and communicating the architecture, making sure that the architecture links to and is informed by the overall strategy and business-wide architecture.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, helping them understand and support the business architecture changes required to satisfy the business and bank-wide outcomes.
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Providing various views, including business-wide views, franchise and function views, architecture layer views and programme specific views
- Analysing the strategy and wider business environment to identify capabilities that the business architecture must provide and support over the long term, translating these into business, customer and architecture outcomes
- Defining, creating and managing multi-year roadmaps for the business architecture and delivery of the defined outcomes
- Translating business architecture roadmaps into packages of work to be included in project plans
- Keeping up-to-date on industry thinking and best practice, and driving the architecture team development and training through sharing knowledge and skills
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with knowledge of industry architecture frameworks and methods, coupled with significant experience defining business architectures and roadmaps for complex enterprises.
We’ll also expect you to have:
- Extensive experience of SDLC and process improvement
- Significant experience required in security vulnerability scanning such as X-Ray, MobSF, Gitlab to assess findings, create Jira bugs for remediation
- A background of internal audit and penetration testing is required
- Should have experience of threat modelling by providing practical guidelines for developers and solution architects
