Job Description

  • This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the Finance Transformation strategy across MEAPAC. By streamlining and standardizing financial information systems, including implementing a unified chart of accounts and analysis structures, this position ensures consistent and efficient operations across all offices.
  • Effective management of access rights, master data, and system processes is critical to maintaining data quality, which serves as the foundation for accurate and timely decision-making by senior management
  • Centralizing systems administration and providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Finance team across MEA APAC.
  • Managing and maintaining a single source of truth for master data across all financial systems in the region.
  • Leading the implementation of process automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the reliability of system interfaces
  • Responsible for system documentation to ensure changes are tracked and well-maintained to reflect evolving needs and improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in implementing or system supporting role
  • Strong knowledge of SunSystems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Quick learning on projects and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player and has strong interpersonal skills
  •  Very good communication in English (written / spoken)
