Job Description:
Bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions including understanding the business needs, define requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve processes, drive efficiency, and enhance the overall business performance to be aligned with the company’s strategic goals and support decision-making
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to BSS applications, including billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and order management systems
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within BSS functions.
- Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
- Participate in the design and configuration of BSS applications to ensure alignment with business needs
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes, including revenue assurance, customer insights, and performance metrics.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for BSS operations.
- Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that BSS solutions meet specified requirements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with end-users to validate system functionality
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
