Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.

Support the planning and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and assist in solution design when needed.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries to support decision-making.

Contribute to quality assurance by creating and executing test cases, validating solutions against requirements.

Provide user support during rollout and post-implementation phases, including training and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor plus 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in communicating efficiently and clearly
- Work experience with information systems consulting and studies.
- Experience working with SQL databases is a strong advantage
- Industry experience in healthcare or health insurance is a strong advantage
- Effectively deliver high level presentations
- Working in an international/multicultural environment
- Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Business process modelling
- Experience in business model analysis, process analysis, and business process modeling to assess and optimize workflows.
- Good command of English equal to B2/C1 according to CERF.
