Context/ ROLE:

The Summit Business Program is an Edenred initiative designed to foster innovation and efficiency across all business units. It aims to streamline processes, integrate advanced technological solutions, and enhance collaboration among the diverse teams. This program leverages Edenred's global technological assets to drive growth and improve service delivery, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of the payments and services industry. 

The Summit program was launched to build a new end-to-end mobility platform, which includes front-ends for all users, a transaction engine, and an integration hub. The program aims to ensure business continuity, accelerate the quality, speed, and value of the product/tech organization, and address market and business transformation challenges. Specifically, the program will impact all EMEA Mobility Opcos, business models, segments, and users 

Edenred Mobility offers large businesses all the services they need to power the mobility of their employees in a reliable, sustainable, and 360 digital platform. This includes end-to-end services for the electrification of fleets, fueling/charging vehicles at optimal conditions, and providing an intuitive dashboard to optimize fleet operations and costs.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

The role of a business analyst is to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to help an organization achieve its goals. They gather and analyze data, create detailed functional and non-functional business requirements, and work with stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the needs of the business. Business analysts also play a crucial role in facilitating communication between different departments and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. 

You will play the role of a consultant working with all the BUs live on the program. Main missions will be the following: 

Business Analysis: 

Analyze business processes by taking an end-to-end view and data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Solutions can be organisational, procedural or technical.  

Implement new business processes and support during hypercare phases. Facilitate communication between different departments, especially between business/ product departments and IT, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Contribute to the success of business analysis by optimising the way of working. 

Requirement Engineering: 

 Derive from business analysis detailed business requirements for software development (functional and non-functional), and work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood. 

Follow the implementation of requirements in software-solutions, test deliveries and support deployment by training and support hypercare. 

Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that the end product aligns with the business objectives and user needs. 

Manage changes to requirements throughout the development lifecycle. 

Deliverables of a Requirements Engineer may include: 

  • Interface descriptions (e.g., GUI wireframes/mockups, functional description of technical interfaces, system boundaries, etc.) 
  • Information on data (input, output, and their processing) 
  • Actions to be performed by users or the system 
  • Business rules, business logic, and their impact on actions and data 
  • Non-functional properties 
  • Test cases 
  • Documentation for different stakeholders 

Key Responsibilities: 

Accompanying the introduction of the solution into its target environment. 

Ensuring that stakeholders are involved in a well-planned organizational change process to avoid rejection due to existential fear or fear of change. 

Required skills & profile:

  • You have a first experience as a Business Analyst (4+ years)
  • You have a tool-set of BA techniques
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different geographies and management levels
  • You have delivered initiatives that required problem-solving skills, project, and stakeholder management
  • You are proactive, rigorous, and have a strong attention to detail
  • You can communicate clearly and make complex ideas understandable
  • You have a strong interest in developing your knowledge and technical skills around customer experience management tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
